When and Where the ECB Intervened
Will they or will they not? This has been the contentious issue, regarding whether the European Central Bank would intervene to support its currency. As the euro continued to hit all time lows in late Summer 2000, intervention specualtion became the burning issue. Guessing, or predicting when the ECB will intervene to save its currency remains an inevitable endeavor in currency markets.
